The Company operates in the hotel management, purchase or construction field, in the business tourism segment.
  • Geographical diversification: BHG invests mainly in urban centers, oriented to business tourism. The Company plans to (i) take advantage of the cultural diversification in the country as a way to attract all types of business tourists; (ii) reduce the seasonality risks related to occupancy of tourism destinations.
  • Favorable macroeconomic dynamics: the Company believes that the dynamism of the Brazilian economy, the increase in foreign investments directly made in the country, the economic stability with controlled inflation, and the gradual decrease in the interest rates have created a favorable scenery for tourism development in the country over the last few years, since the increase in the economic activity and greater income availability encourage business and tourism trips.
